Hello there!
I'm Ana, a young entrepreneur, ecopsycology reader, earth lover, bride to be, music obsessed, and totally in love with food.
Developing raw and cooked plant-based meals from my kitchen in Bucharest.
After a huge demand on my Instagram account, I've finally decided to create a platform where you can find all my recipes. (Thank you SO much for your support!)
The collection is constantly updated. Even if you’re a vegan or not, the delicious dishes made with whole foods are suitable for everyone – for adults and children, as well as for those who avoid fat and salt or have gluten or soy sensitivity.
Most of the recipes are easy made, don’t require a long time preparation or a big budget and they are made with accessible and affordable ingredients.
Furthermore I would like to encourage you to maximize your vitality, keep your mind sharp and clear, not only through eating healthy and doing sports, but especially through positive energies, good vibes and honest thoughts. Remember that a healthy lifestyle can help you prevent, control, and even reverse any health problems.
